Brushing indeed can be fun!That's how Unilever says it with Pepsodent their Number 1 toothpaste brand. The company would like to strengthen their campaign on the brushing habits of the Filipino children through their Brushing Adventure campaign. The campaign would like to educate kids and their moms on proper brushing and doing it at least twice a day. Pepsodent would also like to teach them on how to make brushing fun rather than instill in them the fear of what could happen if the kids would not do the brushing. To officially launch the campaign, students from Rafael Palma Elementary School were invited by Pepsodent and their partners FDI World Dental Federation, and the Philippine Dental Association (PDA) to a fun filled day and activities together with their teachers and parents and Unilever employees. TriNoma Mall held the launch of their Merry Musical Lights Show on November 9, 2013 at the TriNoma Garden Restaurants. The show was graced by the UP Concert Chorus who gave us beautiful renditions of our well loved Christmas Carols. The Pop-Rock Princess Yeng Constantino is now preparing for a powerful birthday concert happening on November 30 at the newest entertainment venue in town, Samsung Hall at the Sm Aura. Yeng says she is thankful that she was given the creative freedom on how the concert will run, from the theme to the song list she was super hands on. The Pop-Rock Princess feels that this year has been better than ever given that she is now the ambassador for the Academy of Rock and known to many her love life is going strong. She really is an Icon of OPM, every time Yeng sings, I actually feel her passion and the message of the song goes through me. Our very own Ariella Arida bagged the 3rd Runner Up award from the recently concluded Miss Universe 2013. A pool of mixed emotions soared through social media sites. Some wanting to curse the judges, others thought her answer was so right, and a few thought her answer lacked that "umph".  We did not get the title this year but we should still celebrate that we have been consistently on the Top 5 for four consecutive years, also who would've expected that we almost made it to the crown when in fact Ara was called for the Top 16 as the last one since she got the slot from online votes. So you see my dear fellow Filipinos, we still have a lot to be thankful for, we will get to that coveted crown soon, but for now... We were given the opportunity to visit the location shoot for Pagpag (Siyam na Buhay) at Enchanted Kingdom in Sta. Rosa Laguna. This is Star Cinema's official entry for the 2013 Metro Manila Festival and stars the most loved team up of their generation Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla. "Pagpag" is a horror film, it basically circulates around a certain old Filipino belief that whenever you came from a wake (lamay), be sure to drop by any store or establishment before going home. The movie characters composed of a teen "barkada" (peer group) will show viewers lessons and beliefs that we can actually follow and wouldn't cause us harm. Samsung proudly unveils their newest venue for entertainment, The Samsung Hall. Samsung, one of the leading brands known all over the world now has its own entertainment center here in the Philippines, located at one of the primary spots in the Metro, Samsung Music Hall is at the Sky Garden of the SM Aura in Taguig City. Upon its launch, gracing the Samsung Hall stage was the international band "D'Sound". Guests were treated for a night of familiar music, and hearing it live via the Samsung Halls new equipments, it sure was a treat. Samsung Hall for sure will be a great venue for concerts and events so watch out for it.

The man known as the "Bad Boy of Philippine Movies" is showing his other side and leveraging his status to support the educational advocacies of Talk 'N Text (TNT), the leading prepaid mobile service in the country. Robin Padilla renewed his engagement as TNT endorser and represents the brand in its partnership with the Yellow Boat of Hope Foundation (YBHF), a national movement that pools funds to support the educational needs of its partner communities around the country. YBHF started out by providing boats that would transport kids in Zamboanga's mangrove villages to their school, but it has since expanded by offering scholarships, supplies, medical missions and livelihood programs in 13 communities nationwide.
